Returns and Refunds
We hope you love your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn in their original condition
- With all original tags attached
- Returned in the original packaging
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for both UK and international orders. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost return parcels.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us ASAP at contact@shopbyeliana with your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve this as quickly as possible for you.
